At Zyroman, your confidence and satisfaction are paramount. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in impeccable condition and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is covered by the store for the first 14 days; thereafter, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

• Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.

• Orders not received within 2 weeks qualify for a full refund.
